        Nothing is more important to Bateaux London than the health and safety of our customers, and that of our colleagues....
        Due to the global impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and following the UK Government and Public Health England’s recent announcements, we are now suspending sailings across all our boats from 18.03.20 until at least 30.06.20 (NB these dates are subject to change).
        Can you please contact us via reservations@bateauxlondon.com to discuss any existing bookings in this timeframe or any other questions you may have.

        Pier:

        Due to essential maintenance work on the Pier there will be no access to the current waiting area from the 24th February to the 27th of March, . As a result, please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled boarding time and you will be met by a member of our guest relations team who will show you to your table. Our bar on board will be open so you can start enjoying your experience with us as soon as you are on board.

        Travel & Directions:

        We are located a short walk away from Windsor & Eton Riverside main overground train station and close to several car parks.

        At weekends car parks can become fully booked. Therefore we strongly urge guests travelling in to Windsor to come by train or to arrive extra early if coming by car.

        Our Dress code:

        Bateaux London cruise is a special experience and a great opportunity to create some wonderful memories with your friends and family.

        A smart casual dress code is the norm, however, please feel free to dress for your occasion whether you are celebrating or just heading out for a fabulous meal on the Thames.

        We would advise against flip-flops, leisurewear and ripped jeans.

        Food & Allergies

        We are not able to offer meals which are guaranteed free from any allergen, as although every care is taken to avoid contamination, due to the nature of the production area there may be traces of allergens in any product.?

        We do only accommodate for the following special dietary requirement :?

        Please note any dietary requirements should be submitted to our Reservations Team at least two days before your booking.

        Willow Room FAQs

        Please bring you e-ticket or voucher with you. This will help make the boarding process as smooth as possible.

        Our cruises operate regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain.

        In the event of an emergency we will contact the emergency services to meet us at the nearest pier.

        No smoking is allowed on board Willow Room.

        Willow Room welcomes people with disabilities on board all cruises. We request that anyone wishing to make an enquiry or booking inform us of special requirements or disabilities at the time of booking in order for us to meet any personal requirements.

        Step-free access isn't available but crew members may help guests with mobility issues on to the boat issues. Additional space may be provided for seeing-eye and hearing guide dogs.

        Unfortunately we are unable to call the boat back once it has departed, however we may be able to offer an alternative date at our discretion. No refunds are available. 

        We are obliged to adhere to the specific pier slot booked for embarking and disembarking. To maintain the timings of the cruise and ensure guests who have boarded on time enjoy the full cruising time, we cannot wait for latecomers.

        We recommend that you arrive at designated pier to collect your boarding pass at the times included in your schedule for your selected cruise. The schedule can be found on our website or on your e-ticket.

        Please bring your confirmation ticket email. We will have your party listed under the lead booking name.

        Please note that we cannot predict when guests will arrive at the pier, so you may be expected to queue for a time.

        Once you have checked-in guests will be able to leave their coats at the coat rail and will be seated to their table.

        1-8 guests

        For reservations of eight people or less, Bateaux London requires at least 48 hours notice in order to offer a full refund. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the date of the cruise will incur 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be offered for cancellations which fall outside the stipulated notice period.

        8-20 guests

        For bookings of more than eight people, eight (8) days notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations received less than eight days prior to the date of the cruise will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

        21+ guests

        Cancellation policy outlined in your contract applies.
